2026 Committee Meetings & Minutes
Committee meetings are held throughout the year at regular intervals.
Some of these are dedicated to the race handicapping process, such as the mid-year & annual handicap review meetings. These are where the committee review all representative results and decide if a yacht should be eased or hardened.
Further information re how that process works is available in our guidance notes (within class rules).
Regular committee meetings have a standard agenda, and minutes are published online for members to view.
At our AGM, officers of the class and the committee are elected by a membership vote. Where decisions are needed which impact the class as a whole, these are presented at an AGM for the members to discuss / vote on.
